The 1st year study tour looked at the study of Vernacular, Space and Technology. The traditional and climate responsive Architecture and the practice of Art of the city Kutch and Bhuj exposed the students to varied notions of Architectural systems merged with Arts and Culture. The students undertook site visits, visits to museum and villages and did a hands on workshop on Understanding and building with Adobe ta Hunnarshala.
