BSSA conducted a design workshop for the first and second year students in the first 2 months of the academic year, which culminated in the The Exhibition @ Corridor that showcased their works. This exhibition was attended by students of architecture colleges and eminent architects all over Mumbai.

Two study trips were organized for each year where the first year students were taken to Aurangabad and Jaisalmer and the second year students were taken to Karnataka and Gujarat. These trips help students experience climate, lifestyle and architecture at historic sites which forms an important part of their academic course work.

Sea Sand Structures

First Joint Design Workshop would be conducted in BSSA, Mumbai and IAAC, Barcelona on January 19, 20 and 21, 2010.

In March 2010, 56 students and faculty members would visit BSSA and conduct a joint Seminar, Workshop and Jury with students of BSSA and IAAC. This would culminate into an exhibition in Mumbai and Barcelona.

In June 2010, it is proposed that BSSA students and faculty members would visit and participate in a one week Studio, Workshop and a joint architectural study tour of Catalonia, Spain.

The Second and Third year students would be extensively involved in the workshop.
